You might check your browser for suspicious add ons. I would also be suspicious and cautious.
If you have malwarebytes installed on your computer you should run a scan with it.

Yeah. It probably will download ad-ware on your computer. Cookies and Cache have viruses stored sometimes. Never do surveys that seem too good to be true. Obviously this seems to good to be true. Really, an iPhone5? Ridiculous .
Anything with giving away free things is fake they will probobly ask for your persenal info and them steal you leave this site and go to safe site like youtube.com google.com bing.com etc…
And if you are foolish enough to do it you will be stolen and you will get nothing
