when i turn it on the load bar loads all the way but freezes when the bar is all the way loaded. that’s as far as i can get. do i have a virus? can anyone tell me whats wrong with it?

Everytime I download Blackberry Desktop Manager and try to open the file it says it is “not an executable file” and it may contain viruses.
