Unable To Open Internet Explorer?
Everytime i try to open my Internet Explorer, an error massage comes up saying :
” Windows Cannot Access the specified device, path, or file, You may not have the appropriate permisions to access the item.”
My Computer is Windows XP

My Computer Has A Virus That Shuts Down All Antivirus Programs?
I’ve tried safemode but i get the same results. And I’ve tried an F-Secure bootable CD which found nothing. I’ve tried two other rescue CDs that failed function properly.
