Its been a month since I purchased my phone. This problem has started recently. Very frequently whenever I use any application it suddenly gets closed and then the home screen appears. I have the metro android phone and the battery died and I turned it back on and now it says safe mode on left bottom corner does this mean someone tried hacking into my phone because on the computer I know safe mode means it’s blocking somebody from getting in like a virus but [...]

My phone has been very “laggy” when going from one application to another. I dont know if maybe it has viruses but i was wondering if anything can be downloaded to it to help speed things up.

l just got this call from some Indian dude claiming to be from Microsoft,he said my pc was infected with a virus and said he could remove it.
all l had to do was turn my on my pc and he would show me how.
Was this call legit or some scam?
