I have the enV2, and like every 2 seconds it shuts off. Randomly. I looked through my contacts and there is like a message saved as a contact? When I tried to delete it..the phone cut off. It looks like a multiple message with a subject of “hhaha”, but I have not sent a message like that ever. Another contact is a weird symbol that looks like an A and E put together. It won’t erase either.
