My phone is x2-01 phone. Iam using internet. Tata docomo connection. Does a phone also gets infected by malwares. My net connection has become very slow. For temporary iam using it. Plz tell me how to remove malware or other viruses causing this problem. Is there any websites which gves free anti virus softwares. Iam using it for temporary. Nokia x2 01 is made on s40 platform. So you don’t have to worry about any malwares affecting your phone from the web. But if you plug in your phone in an affected system, it will act like a flash drive and malware may get copied to it. But still it won’t hurt your phone though. Slow internet can be due to any network problem or due to heavy network traffic. (i’m also a docomo user and i get most of the speed at night than at day time.) Are you using your phone’s default browser to access net? If so that is one reason. Better use alternative browsers like opera mini, bolt, or uc browser to get some speed boost. ovi store has free kaspersky antivirus for 30 days, install it and run a scan thru ur phone, if somethings there it will find it.
