Is There A Way To Desgin A Firewall That Fights Back On Your Phone Or Harddrive Etc.?

Say for some reason the police or FBI or whoever decide to do that swipe thing to take all the info off your phone and you, ofcourse, see this as a total violation of your rights. So I would like to know if its possable to create a “firewall” (for lack of a better name) to say send a virus back to their system instead of your information. And I say create because lets face it, if it mass marketed they’re gonna know how to block or get past it.
