When I was deleting a app which was apparently a virus on my blackberry 8520, it asked me to reboot my blackberry so I did and when the line was full, it didn’t open up. I took out the battery and put it back in about 3 mins later but this keeps on happening constantly and now I can’t use my blackberry. Can somebody help me please?

I too have the same problem
The virus’s you deleted may have caused a file that’s required by the phone to be deleted as well. You have two options. The first one is to wipe the phone and reload the software either through the phone or the desktop manager on your computer. If that doesn’t work, you will have to get a new phone. If you have insurance, say it was stolen so you can get a new one. Hope this helps.
