I have a samsung galaxy s2. Had a virus on an email account I had on the phone so changed the password, deleted and reloaded the account but now it will not send emails from that account, it does from my other and I can receive emails to that account. I just cannot send or reply! It comes up with “connection error” – I am a totaly techno phob and everything has to be really simple for me to understand!!

If you are unsure about anything related to your Samsung phone I would always advise contacting the network or manufacturers support team for advise. If you prefer to speak to someone indirectly we are now hosting a support event where a Samsung expert will be available to answer any questions that you may have.
