Nokia E 63 Problem – One Character Keeps Typing On Its Own And Wont Allow Me To Use The Phone?

Hi
I have a Nokia E 63 phone. A few days ago i found that the alphabet ‘o’ keeps typing on its own and goes on doing so indefinitely as follows oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. So much so that it wont let me call any contacts. It goes on and on and then stops just like that. Is it a virus, software, or some other problem? Anyone any ideas. Please help.

    Hi Buddy
    That problem comes from the hardware issue means E63 s key pad is not working properly..
    It can not be a software issue or virus so better to visit Nearest Nokia Care Center and they will check your device .. they can solve it..
    If your device is under warranty they do not charge for repair services .. (keypad is not working you may pay for that it will not cover so)

    Try by pressing the o key once, a little hard. May do it.
