mobile phone virus news and moible virus removal faqs

Hi ,
I’ve bought a laptop which came with windows vista business , No CD came with it , but the Key is found on the back of the laptop .
Now , one of my friends on MSN sent me a message saying something similar to :
“check this “link” . I’ve been learning programming for 2 weeks.”
I thought it might be malware but since I knew that this friend can’t be tricked by similar things so I thought it was true so I downloaded it and ran it , the file name was cm.exe . Nothing happened so I was sure it is malware , I quickly ended cm.exe process and deleted that file , made a full scan of the laptop after some time , it found nothing (I used F-Secure) . Now my friends told me I should reinstall the windows but as I said , I don’t have the CD .
I’m asking for a solution for any of the 2 problems , either by getting windows vista from a trusted place without having to pay ( None of my friends have windows vista business CD ) or a method to solve that malware program .
(btw : Now my MSN messenger is so laggy , I reinstalled it but it kept lagging .

Help me with this situation:
I am 27 years old and I am trying to get my life together. I recently lost 85 lbs and I have about 25-35 more to go. I am more confident, healthier and have realigned my goals in life and I’m going after everything i feel I allowed myself to miss out on. I’m trying to win myself the life i deserve.
Part of that is moving away from home. I want to move to a different city and away from home and yes, my mother and family (at least for a while) because they can be a drain. I know that I will have to save money in order to do that, and as soon as I set my plans out, my mom showed up at my door with her bags. No call, nothing. She’s down on her luck right now but she brought it on herself I believe. She moved down here WITHOUT a plan. She was staying with a friend before she came here, but she was in a different city doing fine. Somehow she ended up where I am, and now in my house.
Just so you know where I’m coming from, a little back ground. My mom doesn’t make wise decisions. She went to prison for a year for writing bad checks. When I went to college, she got 2 credit cards in my name and DIDN’T tell me. A cell phone too ($700 bill). All on my credit. I had to pay $400 to get my power bill turned on in this current apartment and that’s because i DIDN’T KNOW she had her last place’s power in MY NAME and left a bad balance that I had to pay. Long story short, she’s done me wrong financially and i’ll never do that to my children. Then she turns around and needs me now that she doesn’t have a place to stay.
I’m trying to save money to move and with her being here, it’s hard because the power bills are going up, she got a virus on my laptop and I had to throw money away to get that off. And with this, I haven’t been able to save any money toward my goal of moving away.
She said that she would only be here for a month but it’s going to turn into two and I simply don’t want her to get comfortable. I love my mother, but she made bad choices in life and I’m trying not to make the same. I feel as though she is a drain on my finances and my morale. And I resent her for having done all the things she did to my credit.
I don’t feel this is fair and I feel like reminding of what she said she would do. Which is move out and go to a hotel when she got paid, which is tomorrow. I would feel guilty for essentially putting my mom out of my house, but she’s doing me more harm being here than good. There will be a rift in our relationship if she stays because I cannot stomach her being here much longer ESPECIALLY if I feel like it’s impeding my goals. (Not to mention I don’t want to be a 27 year old who’s mom lives with them! Do you know what that does to one’s social life??)
If she is forced to NOT use me or anyone else, she will be forced to do for herself. i don’t want her money, I just want her to move.
I need some advice and your thoughts. Am I being too harsh on her. Should I let her stay here no matter what because she’s my mom? Should I ask her to keep her word and go to a hotel? I just am almost in panic mode because I’m starting to think she’s unintentionally sabotaging my plans of moving away from here.

so im 12 and i want a new macbook pro, i have the old macbook white and its like 3 years old i got it when i was nine so now i want to upgrade and my dad says i have to make up 10 reasons so he accepted 4 of them and i need six more. here they are and if some of them r not true, i didn’t care, he believes it.

Apple’s applications are useful, enjoyable, and innovative, I can even make my own app and make a lot of money! And I meet all the requirements, I have an iPad, an iPod, pretty soon an iPhone 4 in 2 days.. so threes another way to make extra money! .

Better Protects Laptops
When I’m using my new mac, it will be much better because most likely, ill be all over the internet trying to find the eating habits of a monarch butterfly. So if possibly one site has a virus, my mac will inform me of it or not let me visit this site at all.

My school uses macs, so if I forget my typed up homework, I can just go on the servers and select it, print it out in the computer lab and not get a bad grade for forgetting it!. Why cant you use the mac you already have.
Macs update a lot
Macs update every week, but if I wanted to update my p.c., ill just have to get a new one! Imagine, spending $500 a week for new updates!

especially in nokia e 72

some software has gone wrong in my N-78 mobile such that when I text some times what happens is text gets stopped sending and it immediatly informs me to resend the text in the outbox in Messaging. When it happens, then iam unable to send any text after that… There was a code which I have used several times in other nokia mobiles which resets the cell phone memory and flushes all the data inside it and that was holding power-off button , 3,star button and call button while the cell phone was off… holding all these buttons together until the cell gets restarted will renew the phone memory and clears all the viruses present in it. But it doesnot work in new nokia N-series like N78… now my problem is to get rid of that text msg failure headache so do u have any ideas,tricks , codes or anything helpful whch helps me get rid of this text problem ?

It is a portabal one, it is 320 so gigs and it works on my big brothers computer that the same xp 2003 home edition. the diffreants is mine is a laptop and he’s is nomall. The pin number is ‘WDBAAR3200ABK-00″ all my buses are working proply. but usbs still wont work. the only things that work in the buses are my ethernet and my phone witch is a “736 Vodafone”. i have tryed reinstalling my comuter and it says a 3rd party is installed. it wont reinstall. or back up. i have checked viruses with “AVG ANTI-VIRUS SBS EDITION” AND it is clean! and i dont want to reinstall my hard drive or buy a new cord for it. and yes it is a 2.0 port.No install new hard ware bubble pops up.l but about 30 minutes comes it comes up. then i click on it and it says please plug it in. the light is on when i plug it in. I dont know if it is a config or anything like that. so whats the problem because i cant think of one

Trying to save money, I bought an MP3 player from Big Lots and can not find a site to download music to it. Itunes only will be compatible apparently with IPod. Does anyone know where I can go to get cheap music that will be compatible with this Sylvania Mp3? I understand some sites contain viruses and others charge a monthly fee. I tried bee3 and phone zoo with no success. Any helpful info appreciated.

Don’t you find it annoying that almost every month there is an Android Based phone coming out. Droid Incredible,Droid X,Evo, Galaxy S, Droid dhjl;h,. I mean do users have to be purchasing phones every month to stay up to date. Why isn’t it more like iphone that comes out every year.And I’ve read that droid phones get virus like in russia.

Does anyone knows the steps needed to reformat the iphone 3gs? In doing this, is it like a computer, where if you reformat it gets rid of all viruses spyware and what not that could be making it a little laggy?
