On my old laptop, running Windows 7 Ultimate, it worked perfectly but now I’ve copied it onto this other laptop, running Windows 7 Home Premium, it doesn’t work.
I’ve “allowed” the program through my antivirus – F-Secure
Would this be an OS issue or something to do with the antivirus?
If not, how do I make it work?
I really need this to work for my photography coursework!

As a student, you are entitled to a educational liscence for Photoshop that costs next to nothing.
Check with your school.
The copy you have is an illigal cracked copy. If you “need” it then buy it. the people working at Adobe “need” to get paid … their staff need to eat.
Adobe do not supply, or license a software product under the title Photoshop Portable. This title is an illegally cracked version of Photoshop CS3 and usually carries trojans and other malware. The fact that you are doing a course does not allow you to violate software copyright.
