send them an e-mail explaining what happened… and to not open that link (if on time). afterwards, then just try to clean your pc as soon as possible. usually once a virus do that, their purpose is done. Anyhow, you can download free anti-virus from the web, just look them up here in yahoo answers. But you should do that after your pc is clean. otherwise you won’t be 100% protected.
further advice: don’t visit free online games, porn or such services of the like. Pay for them if you really want to enjoy those pleasures.
if you really want to have your pc clean without paying the usual $200, then just reset your pc to the factory settings. that is your last and ultimate resource. look it up in yahoo answers to do this
