I have two admin accounts and I think one got a virus because the screen is black and doesn’t let me do certain things anymore like going on Itunes. I created a second Admin account and I’m just gonna add the music all over again but it says “Erasing and Syncing replaces the contents of this Iphone with the contents of this Itunes library. Is it going to erase all my apps and pictures?

yes it will but as long as you still use the same apple id for itunes store then you should be able to get them all back.
copy all the pictures onto your computer first as you dont need itunes to do that

This warning will come up every time even if you don’t make changes. Just a precaution from ITunes.
It will sync only the catagories you select.
From the summary page you can see tabs for music, Apps, movies, books, info
If you click on the tab it opens a window, lets say music….
All the selections are gray. If you click on the “Sync music” box at the top, the selections turn black and allow you to make changes to what you want on the device. Check or uncheck songs, playlists, etc.
At the bottom is a box that says Apply.
On the Summary page is a box saying “sync only checked songs and video” , you will want to check that box.
