I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be from microsoft and told me to go to 365solutions.com however i didnt go there because i think it is a scam. but after reading forums on microsoft.com they say that they wont contact you unless you write a error tiket which i havent. i have done virus/antispyware/malware on updated versions of top security software and no result… is it legit or a total scam??????

Most likely, it was a scam. Microsoft would never call you to inform you, that your computer has a virus. How would they know?

I vote scam you go to their site and maybe get hacked I haven’t learn how to do that yet it will be coming up in our security class I hope we will have a way to block that if it possible phone are very open
Scam – Microsoft doesn’t call anybody at home about viruses.
