okay it wont turn on properly! It stays on kyocera (when i turn it on and nothing happens! it’s light turns on and off!)
Did it catch a virus?
it is a cricket android, sanyo, kyocera
I blame my pervy cousin, I caught him watching p**n and he uses that stupid Mocospace chat!
so what should I do?
can you help me out here?
PS. I tried taking the battery in and out, I tried restarting it, and I tried, plugging in the charger!

No, its not your cousins fault, p**n wouldn’t do that to a phone. It sounds more like the phone is defective.
Call up the phone company and get them to replace it. All phone comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty so it should be replaced for free if you’ve had it under a year.
Your contacts are saved by google and the pictures and apps(most of them) are on the memory card inside the phone so you should be fine.
