White Spots And Other Symptoms What Does This Mean?

For a few weeks now I have been having swollen breast, and lately they have got white spots around them. I also feel sick each day, and a lot of cramping pains down below. When my period was due on the 19th of july I only had one day of bleeding which was on the 18th and it was very light compared to what I am use too. My period before that was 21st June. I am sexually active. But I have spoken to my doctor over the phone who I can say was very rude and didn’t listen she just said i have a virus but I have never heard of a virus causing white spots,cramping,sickness,tiredness, my emotions being all over the place. I have taken a pregnancy test but it has come back negative. I don’t know what to do. Shall I wait and take another test in a week? Or should I contact a different doctor to see me and go for a blood test….only trouble with that the next appointment is available until the 18th August now I want to know before then what is going on as its been like this for roughly 4 weeks now.
